no, the ending information is wrong. to clarify:
if you get 1 or more girls pregnant they will first deliver some pregnancy-belly sequences. you can have them abort the children.
if you don't then it doesn't matter how many there are, you will get thrown before a train.
the knifing happens if you haven't completely broken the older sister yet (but mother and little one i think) and have her ride on you. she will then take out the knife and gut you.

also, there is no good end. it just runs endlessly.

Rapelay has a horrible beginning for me with the brutal rapes of the three. Going through the training was OK, though it got a bit better as they became more trained.
