It seems that the brother commands his sister to love him, but his sister put too much passion and become a yandere.

In the end, the boy commands his sister to be "normal" again and his sister remember her feelings for the other boy at school.

My guess is, the sister has not yet develop any feelings toward the other boy and the brother's command is not completely erased, so everything might happen again, but the role between the brother and sister will be changed.

450w: If you see his face in the very last panel (sort of scared), it's probably because she said something like she wishes he acted like the dog or something. My guess is that he stopped going after her but he didn't want to, she made him come back to her by force. In the end it has become a "mutual hypnosis" depending on the occasion.

EDIT: thanks gammando. So, when her brother fucked her during hypnosis her body remembered it, when he makes her behave like a dog it has more or less the same effect. Lol. =/
