I believe I can answer that.

In the beginning Reimu explicitly states that people bringing her offerings had to have been some sort of dream.

So, it's natural to assume that after she partakes in the innocent offerings during her drunken stupor she loses her inhibitions and does lewd things.

Obviously by the end of it all when she awakes and is completely sober(also apparently assuming they cleaned her up and didn't leave her cum covered as the last page suggests) she immediately associates anything she can remember as an actual dream because there's no way anyone brought her an offering nor could anything else that happened have happened.
