This is a silly fight I see in comments. I don't really care what word you use to define it the fact is (and I think I'm not alone on this) I would search 'futanari' to find a doujin like this normally. If it's tagged 'shemale', but not 'futanari' I would never find this doujin. So if you're really hellbent on getting your sex terminology right (lol), I think it should be tagged both so you don't hurt the innocent fappers in the crossfire.
