For romaji, it's like:

Joshikou zenbu wo saimin de shihaishita ore no nichijou~ Ore ha te ni iretasa saimin keitai de joshikou zenbu wo shihaishita soshite kyoushi ya seito tachi zenin de ore ni houshisuru harem wo tsukutta.

In english it would be along the lines of:

Everybody in a girls school under the control of my hypnotism is my ordinary ~ As long as I have this hypnotism cellphone everybody in the girls school is under my control, then teachers and students alike shall willing serve me by being my harem.

Err...I guess I'm far from having the level of making a real translation, but this should help a bit.

Now for my comment, assuming the protagonist take control of a schoolgirl, then send her to take control of her school for him and invite him once it's done, then I love this setting, though it does leave a huge lot to imagination.
