To those who haven't read the raws for next chapter: Any takers on if they finally do it?

My guess is they almost have sex but the guy screws with her feelings or something and hurts her emotionally. He probably mentions something about Yuri or something and she kicks him out for being a jackass (which he is pretty much). Then we have another round of drama, probably. Either way its going too easy and, as with most manga, it can never go easy the first time. Again this is only my guess, but I feel it has the highest probability.

Edit: Well I guess I was wrong, kinda. I still got it right about him not being over his ex, but her turning into a "demon" was...unexpected, and slightly pisses me off. Well here goes to another adventure!

Guys, you shouldn't take this chapter at face value and only focus on the fact that they're about to have sex. This chapter was only a sign of more bad things to come. She doesn't love him. The fact that she wouldn't kiss him proves this. Remember in volume 4 when she wouldn't let that one guy kiss her because kissing "conveys feelings" and that it was "just a test, not love"? Same thing in this chapter. I'm positive that this is just going to cause even more pain for the mc. This dude just can't catch a break 8/.

Damn, I was hoping the story was wrapping up, but I guess MC is going to have to wise up before he can get the upper hand. Makes me want to go back and look for clues that she was lying other than turning away from the kiss.

I've always been a fan of this manga, but I have to admit, the with the new girl getting involved, the amount of girls MC's been involved with is getting a little annoying. Sure, the author tries to vary them up, but they can only have Emiru save and betray MC so many times before it starts to get old. I hope this just doesn't continue on for too long. I know it goes to Vol 8 or something, but I'm looking forward to the conclusion.

By the way, I want to thank BlackWing for translating as much as he did, and also XscansX for picking up where he left off.

Can't believe there have been a few volumes released in the couple months I stopped reading this... I really love this story. The characters, their secrets, what they're really like beneath fascinates me.

But chapter 47 just seems like a massive cop-out to me, an attempt to reset everything back to square one to drag the story on. I did expect SOMEthing to go wrong, but what did happen just doesn't make sense from a logical standpoint, and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I could go on for paragraphs, but I don't want to alienate people with my overthinking. I just really needed to get it off my chest, because it had been bothering me for awhile.

It is a great story though. I hope in the coming chapters, it reignites the great interest I had in it.
