Forset, it happens a lot in netorare. It makes the ending hurt even more. She believes that the boyfriend could never satisfy her, even if he did get the chance. Plus, she probably hasn't even seen his penis before, the line just causes more rage for the reader.

Judging by the amount of NTR Nagare Ippon's already done, it certainly seems like he doesn't care about anything like a "ruined image" or some such. So he must do stories like this because A) He likes fucking with people's emotions. B) He likes writing these types of stories and fucking with people's emotions.
