As far as NTR goes, this one is fairly tame.

Here's what I think makes a "Good" NTR story.

1. The female needs to have no prior sexual experience with the "Bad guy". It just feels too easy for them to have had a past relationship because the armor around the girls heart was already messed with from the get-go. The girl here obviously had a past relationship with the doctor and never made any attempt to avoid him from the start, hell the doctor even freaking forgot about her after all this time.

example:
When I read "She choices her man by the size in his pants 1 and 2 (or however its called), I felt a lot more rage in the second then the first because in the first one the girl was with the bad guy for 4 freaking years prior to the story while she had only dated the good guy for 6 months. But in the second one, the good guy and girl were together sense childhood and she had no experience apart from him making it all the more rage worthy.

2. Comparison, there needs to be some level of comparison between the two males to establish the inferiority (or rarely superiority for happy end NTR) of the "nice guy". An established amount of helplessness/despair is needed for good NTR. Here we have really nothing to go by other than the comment of rough sex, but that doesn't mean it is the best she has ever had.

3. Absolutism, there needs to be a closure that the "good guy" has lost his girl forever in whatever sense. This story has a fairly big gap in who got her pregnant. He did her basically one time while she did it with the good guy 2-3 times a day afterwords? The likelihood of the doctor being the father is really low given this.
