37 is an artist "Spark Utamaro" - you can search for him here. 33, 34 and 36 are D2-Girls, a guy whose site is closed now. 22, 25 and 40 is... Kokuyosha, I think, run a search for "Slave Asuka" or "Slave Slave Slave" and you'll find the artist.

D2 girls' real name is Tatsuya Shingyouji, some of his stuff on the net is under that name.

I'm 99% positive that #30 is by an artist that goes by KonnyKon or Sitryon. It's the same guy. he has 2 DA pages: http://konnykon.deviantart.com/ and http://sitryon.deviantart.com/.
