I think the title should be changed to "His Wife is a Succubus" seeing as the person screwing her isnt actally her husband, but some college kid she is familiar with.

The title should, indeed, be "His Wife is a Succubus". The title in Japanese is "Oku-sama is a Succubus" which 奥様 or Oku-sama is a term used to refer to someone else's wife. The succubus, furthermore, mentions that she has a husband.

As for whether this is netorare or not, this seems more to be netoraru (the act of taking) rather than netorare (being taken from). Or, perhaps, it could even be as simple as just cheating. The lines sort of get blurred around here but I suppose strictly speaking, it can be "netorare" since there is a husband having his wife taken from. It depends on how willing you see the succubus as being, I suppose. She wasn't really against it since her husband was "neglecting her" but, on the other hand, she was made into the guy's "exclusive sex object"/pig/birthing woman.

I hope I see more of this guy's work. I really love pregnant women and her being a succubus also tops it off. (I also love that she says, at the very end, "To make a succubus fall this far, you're lovely.")
