You need to be a lot more confident with your lines.
It's refreshing to see someone who's willing to actually draw hands, and feet. Many aspiring artists hide those parts because they're uncomfortable drawing them.
I'd suggest doing more anatomy studies, and work on having more solid, meaningful lines. Good luck with your drawing.
