This manga is based on a short story by Tira:

The last two pictures are actually an omake (Bonus) and were added afterwards
and are not described in the original short story.

On page 10 it's explained that the black-haired girl's boyfriend regularly
possesses girls and has sex with his girlfriend who knows it's him.
