Here it is used many mods. All of them can be found on TESnexus.
Mod List: HGEC, High Rez Skin Textures for HGEC, Moonshadow Elves, DesuChan Dolls, LineageII Elves, Raven Elves and many clothing mods.

I'm pretty sure they use photo-shop to fuzz the image (works wonders for everything else).
You can find the textures, hair, eyes, etc at tesnexus.com as well as many other mods.

The spread cheek pose on number 91 is awesome but next time it would even better if the camera angle was directly behind the hottie.
