Heh, it's implied that Saber was actually a man when she lived but that's not the case. People merely thought she was a man. I wonder how much the artist knew about FSN.

The dialogue seems to imply she had a mans body, she talks like she's never experienced a females body before so it seems to be an error on the part of the artist.

Saber looks very cute and sexy when she's trembling. I just ignored the references to saber being physically a man before with the same suspension of disbelief I gave to this mysterious "shady organization" that is apparently masterminding this whole situation.
