I had it named 'Ghost Rance', but the game found on the Internet under that name looks differently. Perhaps the one I found is a re-release of this one - this one looks old.

Hehe i have this too.. cept mine has 588 files and its named ags .... yeah some help that is. I honestly think its just random game cg's bunched up into something... oh well its hard enough as it is to identify some of these since they were made back in the early 90's.

Seems to be a western BBS collection of random artist CG and some game CG like the rance stuff at the end. Some are signed with the artist name, but not all of them. For some there's palette differences compared to other versions I have, probably caused by poor conversion from the original formats.
