Still not found the full doujin nor do I expect it to be easy. They never shipped it out of Japan so there's no official romanized title. The places I see it for sell have it but it's not shipped overseas where it's in stock.

I'm pretty sure "Inumimi" means both "Dog-girl" and "Hearing Dog"; not "Dog Ear". Close, but no cigar.

Inumimi means exactly "dog ear" btw. Inu is dog, Mimi is ear, hence for example Inumimi which will give us some cuties with dog ears and tail.

The manga itself, too bad it's a bit crappy scan and not translated (yet? :P). So far I can tell it has some nice backgrond going on between the two. It may even be a diamond which just needs some grinding for a beautiful brilliant :)
