Summary (based on my understanding obtained through machine translation):

3 main characters: Kazu (main character), Naomi (MC's wife) and Kou (MC and wife's childhood friend) these names are pretty much the nicknames they all call each other.

Cut to next day, MC talks to his friend and wife and then head off to work but silently notes in his mind how he left his wife alone with a man in his house, but he assures himself that Kou is trustworthy. MC comes back home at night and the three have little drinking party. During the drinking party, the MC lets out his insecurities regarding his poor sexual performance to Kou and shortly falls asleep later (presumably because of all the drinking). Overall the game was pretty bland. The ntr was pretty weak and the wife had little character. She spoke very little during the sex scenes and I honestly at some point in the game, thought that there was sexual tension going on between the MC and his friend. The only good points of the game are the threesome ending and the friend ending and that's simply because the wife actually talks a bit more and seems pretty into the sex. Typical Atelier Sakura game. What gets me most though is the game cover with the wife looking all seductive and that she has more place in the actual cheating. The fact is that she is pretty bland and mostly moans during sex scenes. Feels like the game focused way more on the MC and his friend than on the actual wife.

@potato1919 did you have any issues running the game itself, cause i bought it off dmm18/fanza and every time i try to launch it it blackscreens my whole computer forcing me to reboot. same issue with their mariko sequl.

I have no similar problems and I've also properly run the Mariko sequel. I just extract the powerISO file, head to the newly extracted SETUP file and play the game. If you've already done that then I got no solution for that problem.
