As can be seen on the first and last pages, there are a minimum of 6 rooms (probably more off page). Assuming that the milf+daughter combo and the sisters were the only hot tenants that were in need of cash that still leaves three rooms earning rent (6 total - 2 sex rooms - 1 owner room). Seeing as he only offered a 20,000 yen discount (~$175) on the months rent and the daughter sex was "free" (she jumped in without any negotiations), that would round to about about $88 per person. The only point of clarification that is needed is whether the 20,000 yen discount is applied every time they have sex or if he gets an entire month of sex with 40,000 yen (both oyakodon and sisters). Assuming that the latter is the more realistic option (it doesn't make sense to continuously apply discounts; he would end up paying them money if that's the case), he probably might actually be making/saving money. After all, I assume that the happiness value for having oyakodons, sister threesomes, and orgies is probably a lot higher than getting good food, watching tv, etc. As such, you could probably save money by getting your entertainment from these woman for cheap rather than spending it on the more "normal" stuff. Hell, even if the discount is applied on a case by case basis, it would still be very cost efficient.

And best of all? The decrease in rent prices is only a temporary thing. As he pointed out in the last page, they started to have sex outside of the rent. Which makes it only a temporary cost for a semi-permanent benefit.

Tl;dr: if a set of hot milf + daughter or sisters are willing to fuck you for a rent discount, take it.

Lazy, shoddy translations have to be penalized, but I'm not sure how. The scoring system obviously does absolutely fuck all, if v2/3/4+ getting 4,5 stars are a thing, "bad_grammar" tag is similarly useless... I guess the only thing that makes some people actually fucking care for the stuff they release, as opposed to just excrete cgrascal level non sequitur, is their inner sense of duty and pride.
