@Sanic Sadly, no; DNA analysis is comparative. That is, you already have one or multiple SUSPECTS before you can run an analysis. (It compares the sample you have to the sample you obtain from a person, so it is more confirmatory than investigative) Even fingerprints is comparative unless the match is against a known criminal that was arrested (as no nation in the world currently have a fingerprint database that extend beyond criminals and foreigners.)
